Deze Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is een reis die is ontstaan uit de diepe wortels van onze Chardonnays, geplant in de kalkrijke ondergrond van Chouilly. Na meer dan 11 jaar rijping op de droesem wordt deze champagne 12 maanden lang ondergedompeld op een diepte van 60 meter in de zee. Via deze cuvée ontdekt u de geheime en mysterieuze wereld van ondergedompelde champagnes, een zintuiglijke odyssee waarin de jodiumrijke mineraliteit van ons terroir wordt versterkt.”

Un champagne millésimé d'exception en 100% Pinot Meunier,
qui se singularise par une mousse généreuse, une teinte jaune franc, un nez ouvert qui laisse s'exprimer un ensemble de fruis juteux et mûrs. En bouche une belle souplesse se laisse présumer avec une évolution vers l'amande pour terminer sur une finale qui rappelle la pêche au sirop.

Made from the traditional Méthode Cap Classique base wines of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, its unique silver-pink hue is obtained by an enzymatic reaction during the transport of the Pinot Noir fruit to the cellar. The fine, lively mousse is brisk on the palate, showing hints of oyster shell, fresh lavender and subtle hints of berry and cherry.
