On old maps, the place now known as Caparzo is called Cà del Pazzo, a name we have given to a wine born of a selection of grapes from our vineyards located at Caparzo and San Piero Caselle. Cà del Pazzo was produced for the first time in 1982, and is therefore one of the first Supertuscans to have been produced in the the Brunello production area. Produced only in the best vintages, and in limited quantities, it is destined to especially passionate, attentive wine lovers.
AREAS OF ORIGIN OF THE GRAPES: - “Caparzo,” 220 meters above sea level, in the northern part of the Appellation. Terrain: sandy clayey Pliocene sediments. - “San Piero – Caselle,” 250 meters above sea level, in the eastern part of the Appellation. Terrain: sandy clayey.
HARVEST: manual.
PRIMARY FERMENTATION: the different grapes are fermented separately for 6 days at a temperature of 28-30 °C, with subsequent delestages and pump overs.
La Chablisienne
De wijngaarden van La Chablissiene liggen in het hart van Chablis. Ze planten enkel stokken met de Chardonnay-druif. Daar noemt men de druiven Beaunois. De wijngaarden van Chablis zijn één van de oudste van Frankrijk.

AR GUENTOTA is "Cuyo's soul" in the language of the Huarpes Indians, the first inhabitants of Mendoza river valley's Cuyo region. This Malbec was aged for 12 months on 2-year-old French Oak Barrels and then placed in bottles to age for a minimum of 12 additional months.
Deep ruby red with violet tones. Intense and complex bouquet with red and black fruit notes (blueberry, blackberry, etc.). Well balanced, elegant and persistent aftertaste.
This wine pairs well with Mexican food. Try it with beef enchiladas, or steak fajitas!

Intense aroma's van kruiden en ceder die men terugvindt in de smaak met donkerrood fruit .

ORIGIN
Some of our Carignan grapes are grown at our estate near Narbonne along the Canal du Midi on vines that are over 50 years old. These are supplemented with grapes grown in the calcareous clay soils of the Minervois for their tannins and aromas of ripe fruit, while grapes from a cooler area in the Corbières mountain range lend freshness and fruitiness.
VINIFICATION
A third of the grapes are handpicked and vinified as whole bunches for freshness and notes of fresh fruit. The rest are vinified traditionally using long macerations that can last up to 3 weeks to lend structure and silky tannins. 80% of the wine is barrel-aged for 6 to 8 months, some of it in new oak.
TASTING NOTES
Agrelo District, Luján de Cuyo, Northern Region, Mendoza, Argentina
The Polígonos creed is a selection of the best lots from different mountain terroirs within the Uco Valley.
The criteria includes differences in altitude, soil and climate that define the sub-regions of San Pablo, Paraje Altamira and Gualtallary. Expect an aromatic, red fruited style slightly reminiscent of Loire Valley franc.
The wine is aged in foudres, limiting the oak influence, and playing on its elegance and freshness.
The palate is dry and floral with an herbaceous leafy undercurrent. Not your typical Argentine red.
This need time in the bottle to gather itself.

A jestful caper from Spain’s trio of grapes from the RedHeads Studio team. But this is no Spanish hero. Our playful Vin’atus struts dark, brooding Aussie pizzazz and delicious dark cherry fruit. The debut 2015 vintage racked up five golds and 92pts from James Halliday...!
The 2016 underwent small batch open fermentation before being hand-plunged. We then gave the wine some extended maceration on skins to build the flavour. Matured for 14 months in oak in a combination of new and used French and American oak.
Tasting Note
Plum and sour cherry notes with white pepper, vanilla and spice, like Christmas! Silky tannins on the palate with juicy fruit to support and that lingering sweet oak notes to follow.
Food Pairing
Roast garlicky lamb or a rich rabbit stew would flatter the deep fruit and spice of the wine, spaghetti with rich puttanesca sauce or sticky ribs from the barbie.
Cellar Potential
La Caduta is the name of a splendid 7.5 hectare vineyard located to the south of Montalcino, a
part of which Caparzo decided to dedicate to the production of a Rosso di Montalcino cru.
Therefore, Rosso di Montalcino DOC La Caduta is a step above the average wine of the
Appellation, and represents an exception to the rule that considers Rosso di Montalcino to be
Brunello's younger brother; in this sense few other Rossi can compare to La Caduta.
VIGNETO LA CADUTA:
Located in the southwest part of the Montalcino appellation, it ranges from 280 to 300 meters
above sea level, and is influenced by marine breezes. The terrain is consists of polygenic
conglomerates, coarse sandstones, eurite clasts, and sands.
HARVEST: manual.
PRIMARY FERMENTATION: 7 days at a controlled temperature of 28 to 30 °C, followed by
delestages and pump overs. Because of the superb quality of the skins, the wine is kept in
