All my Single Vineyard Wines are made with minimal interference throughout the vinification. During fermentation natural yeast are used with no enzymes. Maturation takes place in neutral vessels to bring through the unique vineyard characteristics, that's specific to the site. The handcrafted approach by human nature helps to add to the final balance of this unique product".
My philosophy is to create great single vineyard wines from unique soil, climate and location. It's the soil with all the microbes, cycle of elements and the help of living organisms that create the heartbeat for my vines. The location towards the sun wind and holistic climatical conditions reflects the uniqueness of each vineyard

VINTAGE: Non-vintage: (Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon (2012) is carefully matured in third fill French oak barrels for twelve months. The Malbec is fermented without skin contact and aged in Stainless steel tanks to retain the primary fruit aromas and freshness of the wine.
TASTING NOTES:
Imagine the sensual pleasure of fresh, ripe, red strawberries combined with rose petals, marshmallows and the mystical aroma of cinnamon. The gentle tannins and delicate balance of acidity gives this wine its unique character of being fresh, youthful and light. The flavours are playful and mischievous in the mouth with a lingering, lazy aftertaste.

VINEYARDS
From the vineyards of Monte Cariano at the heart of the Valpolicella Classico, south of the village of San Pietro in Cariano.
COMPOSITION
60% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, 5% Corvinone, 5% Croatina.
WINEMAKING
Selected bunches are harvested in crates mid September and left to raisin in well-ventilated drying rooms until late January. Once the drying process is over, the grapes are pressed and fermented for about four weeks. After this long fermentation the wine is decanted and transferred in oak barrique where it stays for 18-24 months before bottling. Fining in bottle for about another year.

STYLE
Deep ruby red in color with charming fragrances of wild cherry, black cherry, chocolate and spicy notes. A full-bodied wine, round, warm, harmonic and persistent on the palate.

Deze wijn heeft een intens robijnrode kleur. In het bouquet kruidig met hints van kersen, zwarte kersen en pruimencompote. Fijn en fluwelig op het palet, compact fruit, ronde tannine in de afdronk.

De druiven groeien op de oevers van het Lago di Garda, hierdoor krijgt deze wijn zijn fruitige karakter alsook zijn immer evenwichtige stijl. De souplesse is overweldigend.

Mond: Heerlijke fruitaccenten steken er met kop en schouders bovenuit, vooral kersen en cassis. Een quasi perfect zuurtegraad zorgt voor een mooi geheel.
Geur: Mooie subtiele toetsen van verschillende rode vruchten, die mekaar perfect aanvullen.
Kleur: Licht robijnrode kleur.

Helder kersenrood, ingetogen neus en een volfruitige, soepele smaak. Zoete bes, rijpe kers, iets kruidigs en wat floraals komen in deze toegankelijke, vriendelijke wijn voor. Hij wordt gemaakt van de sangiovesedruif en komt uit het warme Puglia.

Itata is de meest zuidelijke appellatie in chili, dichtbij de koele oceaan. cinsault is een zeldzame druif. hier werd de wijn gerijpt in oude amforen (viejas tinajas). intens purperrode kleur. eigenzinnige en boeiende wijn met aroma's van voornamelijk rood fruit. sappig, frisse zuren, licht en complex. unieke wijn met beperkte productie

Monumentale wijn waarvoor de in het najaar geoogste druiventrossen in open kratten tot februari indrogen. Na de vergisting rijpt de wijn 18 maanden in kleine houten fusten en vervolgens nog eens 18 maanden op fles. Dan is een majestueuze en complexe wijn verkregen, die diepe indruk maakt. De verleidelijke geur biedt een scala van krentjes, zwarte bessen, zoete amandel en vanille. De smaak is groots, warm en rijk aan fruitaroma's als zoete pruimen en cassis en zelfs een hint chocolade. Goede zuren en zijden tannines completeren deze grootse wijn

Deep ruby red, it has aromas of ripe blackberries, plums with a subtle spicy touch, all framed by an alegant
touch of cedar from the well integrated oak ageing. Mature and juicy with suble notes that give character
