VINTAGE: Non-vintage: (Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon (2012) is carefully matured in third fill French oak barrels for twelve months. The Malbec is fermented without skin contact and aged in Stainless steel tanks to retain the primary fruit aromas and freshness of the wine.
TASTING NOTES:
Imagine the sensual pleasure of fresh, ripe, red strawberries combined with rose petals, marshmallows and the mystical aroma of cinnamon. The gentle tannins and delicate balance of acidity gives this wine its unique character of being fresh, youthful and light. The flavours are playful and mischievous in the mouth with a lingering, lazy aftertaste.

Heerlijke karakteristieke rode wijn van uitmuntende kwaliteit. Felle kersenkleur met diepgekleurde tranen; kruidige neus met bramen en zwarte pruimen, aardse ondertoon en rozemarijn; pittige smaakaanzet, zeer levendig qua textuur met sappige zuren en een lange fruitige afdronk. Heerlijk bij kort gebakken rood en roze vlees, gesmoorde vruchtgroenten en zelfs bij verse witschimmelkazen

VINEYARDS
From the vineyards of Monte Cariano at the heart of the Valpolicella Classico, south of the village of San Pietro in Cariano.
COMPOSITION
60% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, 5% Corvinone, 5% Croatina.
WINEMAKING
Selected bunches are harvested in crates mid September and left to raisin in well-ventilated drying rooms until late January. Once the drying process is over, the grapes are pressed and fermented for about four weeks. After this long fermentation the wine is decanted and transferred in oak barrique where it stays for 18-24 months before bottling. Fining in bottle for about another year.

STYLE
Deep ruby red in color with charming fragrances of wild cherry, black cherry, chocolate and spicy notes. A full-bodied wine, round, warm, harmonic and persistent on the palate.

 Ondoorschijnend donkerrood . Krachtig met zonnig fruit en kruidige tonen. Vlezige textuur.

70% Marselan en 30% Alicante Bouchet
mooi boeket van donkerrood fruit. Heel fruitige smaak met gelukkig een lichte kruidigheid.
Lekker evenwichtig
De Marselan druif is een kruising van Cabernet Sauvignon en Grenache terwijl de Alicante Bouschet een kruising is van de Petit Bouschet en de Grenache druif.

wat likoreus, ceder , herfstbladeren
Zeer toegankelijke wijn, licht kruidig, heel sappig, verfijnd met een lange, zachte afdronk.
